1、Operation points of attention
. The computer uses single-phase power.The place of operation must be equipped with three-core socket.The ground wire must be connected well in order to prevent the computer and measurement box from static electricity.
. Be careful to move the measurement box and lay it horizontally while using.
. If there is too much dust covering the window of the measurement box, please use a piece of velour cloth soaked with alcohol to clean it slighty.
. Don't disassemble the system frequently.Be care to protect the joint-port board o digital communication in the computer box.
2、Switch on the instrument
. When the measurement starts, please switch on the computer's power at first, then the measurement box's power.On the contrary,when it is ended, please switch off the measurement box's power at first, then the computer's power.
. When the power of measurement box is switch on ,the buzz caused by the high voltage in the box can be heard.
. Before operating the Gold Analysis System Software, the measurement box must be switched on and preheated at least10 minutes.
3、Measurement Analysis
. Run program, and then enter system software of gold analysis.
. Run the test function of software ,and twist the "status adjustment' knob on the surface board of instrument, then let the instrument to enter status of work.
4、Analysis Points of Attention
. Please close the window on the board of the measurement box while laying sample or no measueing.Open it while measuring.
. The default measurement time is 150seconds.It can be changed according to various situations.Normally the SUM counting value on the screen should be more than 350,000.The more time, the more accuracy.
Please lay the samples in the center of the window.
